1/3 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1-8 oz whipped topping divided
2/3 cup caramel sauce, divided
1 prepared graham cracker crust

1.Using an electric mixer, beat together cheesecake mix, cream cheese, and apple juice until creamy.

3. Pour mixture into pie crust and chill at least 2 hours

Honey Spiced Pretzels
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons Spiced Dip Mix
1/8 teaspoon chili powder, optional
1 15 ounce bag of unsalted pretzel sticks

Preheat oven to 350. Line an 11X17X1 baking sheet with aluminum foil; spray foil generously with cooking spray and set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine honey, butter, water and dip mix. Add chili powder if desired. Add pretzels, tumble pretzels in the bowl to coat.

Spread pretzels evenly on prepared baking sheets. Bake in oven for 4 minutes. Stir pretzels and bake an additional 4 minutes. Do not over bake as honey will burn. Let pretzels cool on baking sheet. Loosen pretzels from foil. Store in airtight container at room temperature.Serves 30
Pumpkin Apple Crisp
1 Old Fashioned Apple Crisp Mix
15 oz. can pumpkin
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
⅔ cup granulated sugar
21 oz. can apple pie filling
1 stick butter or margarine, softened

Preheat oven to 350. Combine pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, sugar and apple pie filling. Pour in square baking dish. Combine Apple Crisp Mix and margarine. Spoon on top of fruit mixture. Bake for 30 minutes.

Caramelized Baked Meatballs
1 Homemade Gourmet Meatloaf Mix

2 lbs. ground meat of choice

2 eggs

1/2 cup ketchup

2 cups shredded cheese (I used 1 cup cheddar and 1 co-jack)

2 lbs. bacon

2 cups water

2 cups brown sugar

1 small onion sliced

Mix meatloaf mix, meat, ketchup, eggs and cheese. Form mixture into balls. Cut bacon slices in half and wrap a slice around each meatball, use a toothpick pushed through the meatball to hold the bacon on. Bake in a cake pan for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees. You can make the meatball appetizer without the bacon too. Remove from oven and drain grease. Put into a crock pot and add sliced onion. Put sugar and water in a small pot and bring to a boil. Pour over meatballs and let simmer for a few hours. The longer you let sit the crisper the bacon gets! Remove from crock pot, add toothpicks to the meatballs and serve to your family and friends. Enjoy!
