Are you planning on having guests this weekend? Are you looking for a quick appetizer idea? Let Homemade Gourmet make your life easier!
* Thanks to our blogger (KC) for this wonderful suggestion!

Chicken Wings:
3 pounds chicken wings or drumettes
1 package of Homemade Gourmet Wing Sauce
1/2 cup canola/vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat baking sheet with non stick cooking spray and add chicken. Bake for 15 minutes, turn and bake for another 15 minutes or until meat is golden brown and cooked through. In a large bowl, whisk mix, oil and water until well combined. Be sure to do this while the chicken is cooking so the mix has enough time to dissolve completely. With tongs, place cooked chicken in bowl and toss to coat thoroughly**. Serve warm with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing, if desired.

Bacon Cheeseburger Bites

1/2 Cup Catsup
1 egg
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 pound ground (turkey, pork, hamburger, chicken)
1 package of Hot Dog Buns
1 Homemade Gourmet Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf Mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, squish the first five ingredients together until blended really well. Shape the meat mixture into 36 meatballs that are about 1 inch round. Flatten the meatballs with a spatula into little round hamburger patties.Place mini-burger bites on a foil lined pan or baking sheet and bake for about 15 – 20 minutes. Slice hot dog bun into 3 equal sections. Place mini-burger between the mini bun and top with your favorite burger toppings.

Great ideas! Will definitely try. I just sent it to myself in an e-mail :) And baking the burgers sounds super, so much better than frying each little thang up!
