Pumpkin cheesecake...yum!!!

I am totally loving firefox. And, the facebook toolbar is so cool! It has made my surfing time much more efficient, and I wish I had made the switch sooner!

We just had the TEX MEX CASSEROLE made with the BLACK BEAN SALSA mix and it was great. I made some cornbread to go with the casserole and that really set it off. Even if you don't necessarily like black beans, I'd give this recipe a try. The flavor is just great and it is sooooo easy to prepare. Can even be made as a smoosh meal and then put into the crockpot, which is how I did it.
